After-sales Services

: The vendor can offer 1 year guarantee since the date of parts arrival to the buyer .Any problem should be posted within the guarantee days .

: A formal testing report should be provided to the vendor when the buyer complain the parts failure.

: The exact quantity of the returning parts should be submitted to the vendor before the shipment. The refundment or credit will be given base on the quantity for which the vendor received finally.
